• Bringing some of the best coaches in Southern Illinois together to work towards a common goal, versus making families pick and choose, will make SIVBA the top volleyball club in the region.
• With stronger coaches, we will draw a stronger pool of talented athletes to pick from and draw more numbers to the academy.
• Pooling coaches, families and players together can help put Southern Illinois volleyball on the map.  Together we can compete with Metro East teams, but fragmented we can not compete.
